Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Proof of purchase is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used eye patches cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items

If your return does not meet these conditions, it will be rejected.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

EU Right of Withdrawal
